Our culinary lavender is great for many lavender-infused recipes. Royal Velvet is a very versatile and pleasing culinary lavender. Its unique spicy yet floral flavor and bright blue color greatly enhance many sweet and savory dishes alike.

We sell 16 oz of sifted culinary lavender in a gallon Ziplock type baggie. Please note that although the lavender is sifted to remove the 'chaff'' and most of the dried flower petals, there may be the small remains of some leaves and stems which will not affect the flavour at all.
