Our Lavender plants are harvested at the perfect time and hung in our drying barn in bunches where they dry naturally.

We then take the dried bunches and de-bud them by hand. The buds are cleaned through several sifters to remove any, dust, seeds, stalks and leaves.

The lavender buds that are left are a beautiful color and have a wonderful fragrance which are great for making sachets or pillows.
