
This is a truly special mustard. The fragrance is delicious and the lavender surprisingly lingers on the palate. We have tried to keep the recipe simple, matching those artisanal mustards made in rural France. We have sweetened it just a little with our own lavender infused honey and we've found it great for dipping, with crusty bread and cheese and with cold cuts and salad.
