Our English Lavender and Flaxseed Heat Packs are reusable and microwaveable safe.

The packs retain heat longer than corn or rice sacks, and are made with only the finest ingredients; Flax Seed and our own English Lavender. The fabric was selected in Paris, France and is of a very high quality.

Each pack, when flat, measures 17" x 10" and is about 1" thick.

• 1. Fold in four along the seams
• 2. Place in Microwave on the turning plate for 1 ?? minutes (75 seconds)
• 3. Remove and refold to allow the contents to change position
• 4. Place back in microwave on the turning plate for another 1 ?? minutes (75 seconds)
• 5. Remove and test to make sure the temperature is comfortable before using
