Our English Lavender and Flaxseed Neck Wraps are reusable and microwaveable safe.

The wraps retain heat longer than corn or rice sacks, and are made with only the finest ingredients; Flax Seed and our own English Lavender. The fabric was selected in Paris, France and is of a very high quality.

Each pack, when flat, measures 30.5" x 5.5" and is about 1" thick.

Enjoy the benefits of heat therapy where you need it most: the density of the pads mean you can mold around your neck and they can be used anywhere to relax and release tension while you enjoy the calming lavender aroma.

Use heat to relax stiff, tight muscles or just to enjoy the warm, moist heat.

• 1. Fold along the seams to reduce the size to fit your microwave
• 2. Place in Microwave on the turning plate for 1 ¼ minutes
• 3. Remove and refold to allow the contents to change position
• 4. Place back in microwave on the turning plate for another 1 ¼ minutes
• 5. Remove and test to make sure the temperature is comfortable before using
