To use, sprinkle in warm bath water and for maximum benefits, soak for at least 20 minutes. Store bath salts out of the way of direct sunlight and heat. As with all bath and body products, use caution with sensitive skin if you don’t know how you’ll react with particular ingredients. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Always wash out the bath after use and be careful while getting in and out.

The larger 8oz size is generally enoiugh for 4 baths.
The smaller 4oz size is typical for 2 baths.
