Ingredients: Witch hazel, Glycerin, Menthol, English lavender essential oil

At the first sign of a headache, apply along the front hairline from temple to temple and/or along the back hairline from ear to ear. I have also used it across my forehead but be careful not to get the roller near your eyes. Our headache relief can be used several times a day to bring relief.

If skin irritation occurs, simply rinse with water. Keep away from eyes.
