Our handmade lavender soap is crafted on the farm the old fashioned way referred to as the "cold process" method. We use pure and responsibly sourced olive, palm and coconut oils, cocoa and shea butters and create a unique scent using lavender essential oil which we distill ourselves from English lavender (Angustifolia) plants grown here in the Applegate. Color is swirled through the bar using ultra marine pigment.

Unlike many commercially produced soaps where it is stripped out, glycerin is created naturally during our soap making process. The result is a creamy, mild lather that won't dry your skin the way some commercially produced soaps can. These wonderful bars will leave your skin feeling hydrated and silky soft and the scent is amazing...try them and you will feel and smell the difference!

Our bars are hand cut and each one is approximately 5 oz (145g)

Oh and the name... This was the second of many recipes we tried as our signature soap product. It is likely there will be a #3 at some point but we will never retire our #2; it is our absolute favourite.

We like the name, it stays with you like "Love potion #9" or "Chanel No. 5"
