The history books tell us that Queen Elizabeth I tasted lavender jelly while in France and upon returning to England she requested that her chef always have it on hand!

Our lavender jelly is based on an old English recipe which we brought with us; we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Presented in an 8oz canning jar the jelly is almost too pretty to eat! Try it on scones or on fresh bread and butter… let us know how you use it.
