Our English Lavender Dream Blend Tea is an all natural herbal blend which offers a strong relaxing effect that aids sound and restful sleep. Our blend of herbs is designed to calm nerves, reduce anxiety, and help to unwind, simmer down, and relax. The light floral flavor is enjoyable after a meal, or a perfect night-cap after a long day.

Our tea is hand blended in small batches and placed immediately into tins and sealed to keep out the air. We sell this in a 2.6oz tin.

Instructions:

1. Scoop a slightly heaping teaspoon of tea leaves into your infuser.
2. Boil freshly drawn water
3. Pour 8 fl. oz. of water over tea leaves.
4. Steep tea for 2-5 minutes (depending on taste preference).
5. Remove infuser and enjoy tea.

This tea is also good poured over ice and enjoyed cold.
